Souzou (defined in Japanese as both “creativity” and “imagination”) is designed to bring a unique dining experience in the form of contemporary Asian fare. Souzou offers Asian Fusion cuisine, which is a combination of various foods from different cultures that are not bound by any one particular cooking style. The inspiration for our menu is rooted in Japanese, Chinese and Thai cuisine but our chefs challenge themselves every day to experiment with other Asian styles to create new dishes – along with uniquely crafted cocktails – for guests to enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
