Danielle will share tips, tools and philosophy on the key elements needed to create the best 2017 marketing plan for your business.  It starts with setting your strategies and objectives.  We will talk about the business foundations like your vision and mission, brand positioning, and having a clear view of what you are trying to achieve.  Next, we will review key messages and how to develop ideas that build your strategy and equities; bringing them to life.  Once you have the objectives, strategies and ideas you can plot them on a one page plan with your focus and investment.  This one-pager becomes your best friend.  Finally, measure yourself against your objectives and be ready to adjust.  Creating a simple scorecard will help you stay on track.
