Have you ever experienced a time where time flew by and you felt totally in the zone? What if you could induce this state to enhance your productivity and performance? Learn how during our monthly WE2 Workshop sponsored by Concannon Miller & Regions Bank.

Robin Lavitch will share how to create “Flow” and tap into your peak performance and produce well-being. In learning to induce Flow, you can intentionally generate fulfillment, happiness, and meaning in your life through with concentration, motivation, and attention.

This workshop is perfect for entrepreneurs and small business owners who want to learn how maximize their work time so they can make more money and have more time to spend with family and friends.

Robin Lavitch is the owner of Surpass Your Goal; delivering coaching on four areas: business management, executive performance, life purpose, and teen development. Robin has a diverse background as a University Professor, Mental Health Counselor and Marketing Director. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology, a certification as a Professional Coach, Supreme Court Family Mediator and she is actively pursuing her Doctorate in Human Behavior. Some may wonder with her robust background in Psychology, will she be analyzing me? The answer of course is YES! She can’t help it! Although – she is more focused on Positive Psychology –  that is how people leverage than their strengths.
