OUR MISSION
To be able to support our patients’ oral health journey and provide the tools and education to have a healthy smile that lasts a lifetime.
We are excited to announce our “She Smiles” program. One applicant will be hand-picked by Dr. Marnie Bauer and her team, for a complete smile makeover of their dreams.
Are you a good match?
We’re looking for Women between the ages of 25-65, who are looking to improve their oral health and return confidence to their smile & elicit positive contributions to society. Examples include, a female entrepreneur, teacher, mom, social worker, etc.
To get to know our applicants, you will be asked to share your story in the application process. We would like to learn where you come from, where you are now, and where you want to be!
Applicants can apply themselves or have a sponsor recommend them for the program. A sponsor can include a colleague, boss, leader of an organization/program the applicant participates in, local church leader, etc. You must be able to provide information regarding your sponsor, their relationship with you, and the program/community you participate in.
Possible Treatment includes, but is not limited to:
- Veneers
- Crowns
- Dental Implants
- Composite Bonding
- Dentures
If selected in PHASE TWO of the application process and following the completion of your smile consultation and oral exam, Dr. Marnie Bauer will advise in advance if you require any basic dentistry such as root canals, fillings, cleanings, or extractions. If you do require any basic dentistry, it will be complimentary. When all basic dentistry is met, and presuming you are a good candidate for dental treatment, Dr. Marnie Bauer will provide you with a final treatment plan that will help achieve your desired smile results.
To determine suitability for treatment, if selected among the 3 applicants picked in PHASE ONE of the application process, you will be asked to complete a complimentary smile consultation and comprehensive oral exam at our office located at 4302 Henderson Blvd. Suite #117 Tampa, FL 33629.
Please note: We will not compromise the function or health of your mouth to accommodate a procedure. The program does not replace or fix previous dental work by any dentist. In other words, dental work that does not fit, is no longer functional, was started but never completed.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Fill out our Application Form Below, provide all necessary information and apply by July 10, 2023.
Once the Application is submitted, you should receive an email notification that your submission was received.
Once all submissions are collected, we will move all applicants through a screening process. Here we will choose 3 applicants to move into PHASE ONE.
