Lions World Vision Institute Foundation is hiring a Foundation Specialist! 

Lions World Vision Institute has provided the life-transformative gift of sight to more than 500,000 people since its inception in 1969. Our Vision Health Program brings free eye screenings & glasses to children in underserved communities, helping them thrive in school and beyond. Through our Gratis Ocular Tissue Program, we provide free corneal tissue for sight-saving surgeries to those who cannot afford it. In total, we transform over 20,000 lives each year – right here in our neighborhoods and around the world.

Position Purpose: 

The Foundation Specialist plays a key role in elevating Lions World Vision Institute Foundation’s fundraising, grant, event, and communications efforts. This hybrid position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a lasting impact. 

 Reporting to the Foundation Manager, the Foundation Specialist works closely with the Executive Director to execute a multi-year development strategy, including direct support for the Foundation’s capital campaign. The role spans donor data management, event logistics, fundraising operations, financial tracking, and internal and external communications. In addition, 25% of this role is dedicated to providing administrative support for federal/ state grants, helping to keep timelines, deliverables, and reporting on track.
