Personal Data Collected
Working Women of Tampa Bay (WWOTB) collects personal information during the following processes: "Become A Member" "Update/Upgrade Your Profile" and similar feedback forms. WWOTB never shares your personal information with anyone in any way unless you have given us specific permission to do so.
Event Photos
From time to time we will take pictures at our events and post them to our site, we will always ask you if it's okay to take your picture before we do so. If you do not want your picture posted on the site, please send us a written request. If you post your pictures to our group photo site (Flickr) they will be automatically pulled to our site, again if you do not want your picture posted please let us know.
Payment Data Collected
Credit card information is collected and sent to our payment partner for use in payment approval and processing. Only the approval information is retained after each transaction.
Aggregate Data Collected
We may share aggregate information - not individual data - with our sponsors and potential sponsors to help them better understand our members' interests.
Use of Data Collected
The data we collect from members is used to give us demographic information about the WWOTB membership in order to improve the organization. The personal information you provide - name, address, etc. - allows us to inform you about WWOTB events and to notify you of issues, events, or special offers we believe may be of interest to you. By becoming a member, you are giving WWOTB permission to contact you by e-mail, phone or postal mail.
Third Parties and Unaffiliated Sites
WWOTB uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and to disclose such information only to third parties we believe to be responsible. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties which receive the information. WWOTB may also link to a wide variety of other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.
