Laundry Comfort (2)

Created on: 12 Mar 2018
This South Tampa laundry room was not an inviting room to work in. It contained an awkward half bath that was not used and very little storage space which is always a problem in a bungalow. The homeowner wanted to maintain the 1920's look and feel of her home while maximizing storage and work space. The new room includes a hanging bar to dry shirts as well as additional cabinetry and counter space. We kept the original beadboard ceiling and used white subway tile and marble to retain the 1920's feel. The plumbing pipes under the window are hidden behind a removable wood panel with a marble top for her herb garden.
