This job was great fun. Anthony called me 3 weeks before he planned to move in to his new condominium in downtown Tampa. He did not plan to bring anything, literally anything from his previous apartment to this one. Because of the time crunch, we ended up shopping and purchasing the major furniture pieces together. He then turned over to me his key, his budget and his trust and left on a business trip. When he returned, the apartment ready for him, complete with accessories, rugs, drapery, dishes, wine glasses, silverware, towels, bedding, shower curtain, bath accessories, even new trash cans.
He was thrilled with the result. He repeated over and over that he could not believe that he was actually the owner of such a beautiful home.
