Attorney Hali Marsocci handles a variety of wrongful death and personal injury matters at the Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer Law Firm. Hali has a proven track record of handling and litigating cases; and is a fierce, yet compassionate, advocate for her clients.
Hali has 10 years of experience handling complex personal injury matters. Notably, Hali worked on the FIU Pedestrian Bridge collapse, the Surfside Condo collapse, as well as numerous other catastrophic injury cases. One of Hali’s proudest accomplishments is being part of a team who changed the law in Utah – the state now recognizes a claim for loss of filial consortium, allowing parents to recover for injury to their child.
Hali was the 2022 President of the National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 Under 40, is on the Board of the Florida Justice Association’s Women’s Caucus, currently serving as it’s Secretary, and has been named a 2023 Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
In addition to practicing law, Hali has a passion for supporting women in the legal profession and in the community. She is the founder of the National Trial Lawyer’s Women’s Leadership Forum and is a founding member of The League, a coalition of women from all facets of the legal space.
Hali is married to her college sweetheart and is a dedicated mother of two.
