I’m Michelle Ferlita, a third-generation Tampa native and Financial Advisor with The Hirsch Zavaglia Group at Baird. My background in public accounting, with a focus on tax preparation, allows me to simplify complex tax decisions and build tax-centric, goal-based plans for clients. Our team specializes in holistic financial strategies and estate planning, helping individuals and families align their financial decisions with what matters most. Tampa gave me so much growing up, and serving our community now – by helping others build secure financial futures in a city known for its generosity and deep sense of connection – is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
