Hernando Power Lunch: Business-Building Referrals

Working Women of Tampa Bay invites you to our monthly Hernando Power Lunch at Silverthorn Country Club in Brooksville. Business coach Lorraine Lane will share advice on how to build a business using referrals.

Whenever business owners are asked how they have built their business, 95% of the time, they will answer that it is through referrals.  After many years of studying the referral phenomenon, Lorraine decided to write a book, Business-Building Referrals outlining how she did exactly that -- built a solid referral-based business.  Generating the right, profitable referrals can have huge rewards and pay-off.  The referral game must be played with intention and attention if you are going to win!  

As a business coach, Lorraine Lane brings over 15 years of corporate business experience and an additional 12 years of business ownership to her entrepreneur clients.  She is very familiar with the start-up issues, having twice started her consulting business in Florida and once in California.  Lorraine also has an extensive background in the development and delivery of management and customer service training.  She served as an adjunct faculty member for San Jose State University's Professional Development Center and has served in that capacity for local colleges.  Lorraine is passionate about the growth and development of the local business community through her work as a coach who is driven to winning the game.  We don't play not to to lose, we play to win!
