Southshore Uncorked was founded by long time Apollo Beach residents Kathy and Steve Lieberman and is located in Apollo Beach, Florida. The main business of Southshore Uncorked is wine-making where you can make "Your Wine Your Way" in two visits, preparing twenty-seven to thirty bottles of wine from a choice of over fifty wine juice kits from all over the world, actually pouring the wine into bottles, sealing the bottles and - the piece de resistance - creating your own custom wine label. On the other hand, you may just want to buy an appealing bottle of wine at an appealing price. The store produces three to six batches of handcrafted wine a day which you can purchase by the glass or by the bottle.
