Barbara Pailley works with employers and consultants to develop effective HR solutions through her company, Oasis Outsourcing. Barbara has had a very successful career which included her role as Vice President of United Staffing, which was honored on the INC 500 list for 3 consecutive years and Business Partner with United Employee Services for 16 years. Barbara is an active member and ambassador of WWOTB, incoming President of The ladies auxiliary of the Elks, member of the Good Samaritan Church, and Tampa BPW. Through the years she has developed networking and business building strategies with innovative ideas and discipline.

About Our Host: Oasis Coffee Spot is a coffee shop cafe located in New Port Richey. Since it's establishment in 2011 we at Oasis Coffee Spot have been seeking to be a refreshing change in the area with an atmosphere and products that rejuvenate. We feature origin roasted coffee and special blends, lattes, cappuccinos, tea, smoothies, frappes, wraps, salads, bakery items and more. We are open Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 3:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 10:30pm, and Saturday 8:00 - 10:30pm.
