Kari Saddler is no ordinary coach. With a collective 20 years of experience as a consultant and manager, she has served in leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, WellCare, and Tampa General Hospital. Not only is Kari a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the ICF, she also spent 4 years teaching hundreds of coaches at one of the top coaching programs in the US.
Throughout her career, she has brought passion and energy to audiences as a professional trainer, speaker, and coach, with attendees being consistently delighted at the comfort, fun and personal growth they experience in her learning environment.
Kari has experience coaching leaders through 360 assessments, employee engagement action plans, and the execution of wildly important goals.
Apart from her MBA in Business from Ohio Dominican University, Kari is a Professional Certified Coach with certifications in Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, TDF, Predictive Index, DiSC, TeamSTEPPS, and multiple Franklin Covey programs.
