St. Pete Coffee Connections

Come join us for a morning of meaningful networking with Working Women of Tampa Bay! Meet like-minded professionals at our St. Pete Coffee Connections hosted by St. Petersburg Free Clinic at their Virginia and David Baldwin Women's Residence. This monthly event is your opportunity to connect and grow your business in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Guests will receive a complimentary cup of coffee and baked goods.

About Our Sponsor:

Established in 1989, Free Clinic Women’s Residence provides a safe place to stay as well as support services to single homeless women as they work toward their goal of self-sufficiency. Residents may stay from one to twelve months while working to save money, set goals and build life skills.

The newly renovated Women’s Residence includes a large commercial kitchen with teaching areas to show healthy cooking techniques, an open dining area to foster a sense of community, and training rooms to teach job-seeking and life skills. The 20,000-square-foot facility includes 40 bedrooms, allowing 50 women at a time to live in the residence. The program has an incredibly high success rate, with 90 percent of the program’s graduates living independently in stable conditions one year after graduation.
