Please join Working Women of Tampa Bay and the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce for a special Women's Leadership Lunch featuring a panel on the topic "Influence vs Power" at the Holiday Inn in Clearwater.

Knowing the distinction between influence and power is critical to becoming a true leader. We'll hear from three inspiring female leaders from Tampa Bay on how they use both to make a difference both in their companies and their communities.

Panelists include:

Gail Wean is the Chief Financial Officer at Grow Financial. She joined the Grow Financial executive management team in 1997, and her experience and leadership have directly contributed to the strong financial position the Credit Union maintains today. Gail is committed to teaching young people about lifelong money management and has served on many Advisory Committees for the Hillsborough County High School System. Wean is also actively involved in national and local Financial Literacy programs, such as Junior Achievement, Future Business leaders of America and the USF Academy of Finance.

Dr. Sandra Braham is the President/CEO of Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services. Dr. Braham is responsible for overseeing the organization’s more than 500 staff members and working within 67 different programs that cover a 37-county service area throughout Florida. Before moving to Tampa Bay, she served for 10 years as Chief Executive Officer of the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) El Paso del Norte Region, the largest YWCA in the nation. In this role, she led 450 employees, managed an annual budget of more than $30 million and supported a $9 million foundation.

Laurie Bunce is the President of Centratel Telephones. Centratel has been providing telecommunications equipment and services to businesses of all sizes since 1978. Over the years her job titles have included receptionist, dispatcher, sales coordinator and vice president before she eventually became president in 1999. Laurie has been chairman of the board of several non-profit organizations including the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce, the Suncoast Hospital Foundation and a social organization called the Thieves of San Lorenzo.  She was named the Chamber’s Small Business Leader of the year in 2008 and received their President’s Award in 2016.
