Calling All Control Freaks (You Say Control Like It’s a Bad Thing) this holiday season! Join us for our new monthly St. Pete Lunch & Learn hosted by Rising Tide Innovation Center.

Tired of being accused of having to control everything? Exhausted from trying to keep all the plates spinning especially during the holidays? Regularly find yourself trying to foresee the future in order to “be prepared”? In truth, if you are a “control freak”, you already know you expend your ever-decreasing energy reserves trying to analyze, predict, and affect daily outcomes while living with the constant undercurrent of heightened anxiety and stress. Learn three of the most common myths we tell ourselves about “control” along with effective techniques for calmly determining what situations you can truly influence and letting go of the rest. Presentation is over a tasty lunch provided by Bank OZK.
