Join us for our monthly St. Pete Lunch & Learn hosted by Rising Tide Innovation Center. Executive Coach Catherine Cheshire will present "Conflict Management for Emotionally Resilient Business Owners and Leaders" over a tasty lunch provided by Bank OZK.

Conflict. Most of us don’t love it, and many of us avoid it at all costs, but conflict at work and in life, at some point, is inevitable. The impact of mismanaged conflict can derail partnerships and teams, but conflict can have many positives, which we can sustain to boost our business growth.

Join executive coach and Conflict Dynamics Profile practitioner, Catherine Cheshire, as we explore how to “do” conflict well in the workplace — for small business owners, startup founders and local leaders. We’ll talk about how to embrace uncomfortable conversations and to give constructive feedback as a key skill in leading well, and the impact of emotional resilience and constructive conflict behaviors on de-escalating tension. The results? Developing psychological safety, interpersonal understanding and, in turn, innovation, creativity and performance!
