Most likely they learned at some point in time that their options in life were being limited by the thoughts and beliefs they held about themselves, others and the world around them. As most people don’t believe their thoughts have that much power, this workshop allows them to experience the concept directly.
After self-witnessing this shift, participants will be able to see more available options for them and create a new personal action plan to incorporate this learning in their personal and work lives.

Biography:
Carissa Gudenkauf of KeyInsight Consulting LLC solves people problems with science. She works with teams and organizations to get the right people in the right seat on the bus – really. She works with women, who no matter where they are, have that feeling there’s a more fulfilling way of life and want to do something about it. Both outcomes are accelerated with science-based approaches so clients can work within their schedules.
Carissa is currently earning her Professional Coach Certification through the rigorous IPEC Coaching program. She has 20 years of experience in technical and production workplaces in roles of engineer, manager, business analyst, consultant and trainer. Carissa earned her Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She is a certified Process Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, and Consultant for Predictive Index Talent Optimization software.
