Etiquette isn’t just something to turn to when we’re expected to behave formally in a professional setting. It exists to ease social tension in daily life and make interactions between clients and co-workers easy, with no ruffled feathers or hurt feelings. Founding member, Patricia Rossi, is debuting her first book, Everyday Etiquette, this month and will be sharing her advice on professional etiquette during our Hillsborough Power Lunch at the South Tampa Carrabba’s.

Patricia Rossi is "NBC Daytime's" national manners correspondent. She is the Social Business Etiquette contributor for The Tampa Tribune. She is also an etiquette coach, speaker, and consultant with over twenty years experience in her field. Her nationally syndicated “Manners Minute” television segments air weekly on NBC, CBS, Fox, and ABC affiliates. She has been featured in USA Today, Parade, Marie Claire, and Real Simple and is Twitter's #1 etiquette professional.

The event starts at 11am. Speaker begins at 11:30am. Food is served at Noon. You'll have the choice from 3 menu items plus soup or salad. Soda or Iced Tea is also included. Spaces are limited for this event, so registering online is a must!
