She has 20 years of experience in technical and production workplaces in roles of engineer, manager, business analyst, consultant and trainer. Carissa earned her Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She is a certified Process Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, and Consultant for Predictive Index Talent Optimization software.
