Having compassion for others is important, but how often do you remember to show that same level of kindness to yourself? How do you love yourself first?

Self-care is more than just getting the right amount of sleep, taking time to meditate or exercise or eating right.... it's about creating a life of harmony and balance where you are in the right frame of mind to make the right decision for YOU.

Gemma Fountain understands the importance of self-care and why prioritizing YOUR physical, mental and emotional needs is crucial to YOUR happiness. 

About the Speaker:

I am an Exercise Physiologist, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Author, Speaker, Wife and Mom.
I specialize in helping women address the ways their mental blocks may be preventing them from reaching their goals in health, fitness, diet and weight loss. I host an annual women's retreat in St. Petersburg, FL that helps participants overcome their psychological barriers to weight loss success, learn to love their body and be empowered to reach their goals in a healthy way.
