About Our Presenter:

Christopher Hackney has dedicated his career to helping small businesses grow through community outreach, education and obtaining financing through the Small Business Administration lending program as Vice President of SBA Lending for CreditBench powered by First Home Bank based in St. Petersburg, FL.

His SBA knowledge and experience were fundamental in CreditBench powered by First Home Bank finishing FY 2019 as the 6th ranked SBA 7(a) lender in the country originating $369M in SBA loans nationwide. Prior to his client facing role as an SBA Lender, Christopher amassed invaluable experience as an SBA loan underwriter for numerous years with a community bank based in Atlanta, GA.

Christopher has served on the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) Public Policy Committee, which is focused on improving access to capital for minority and women-owned businesses through the SBA loan program. He is a former collegiate athlete who still enjoys recreational sports, camaraderie developed through teamwork and mentoring students.
