Susan is Founder of Step Up Leader, a Tampa firm specializing in transformational learning for leaders. Her business background is extensive and diverse, including corporate strategic marketing in London and New York, founder and leader of a unique non-profit enterprise, and vice-president of a boutique executive search firm. Through integrating western corporate and entrepreneurial work experience with ancient eastern wisdom traditions, Susan helps her clients achieve breakthrough results by combining the rigors of diverse business expertise with presence, creativity and intuition.
