About Our Moderator:
Kristin Votta is a both a fur-mom and kid mom, wife, and business owner. She has been coaching leadership programs and facilitating for over fifteen years. You’ll quickly learn that she is the first to laugh at her own jokes and wears her heart on her sleeve.
Kristin is an open book, sharing vulnerable stories with the intention of making strangers feel like long-time friends. This past year has been full of conversations about her surrogacy journey. Kristin knew next to nothing about being a gestational carrier until she considered it herself. She decided to apply the month before covid hit the US, and she believes it was one of the best decisions she has ever made.
Professionally, Kristin runs The Votta Group which combines unique skills and experiences to deliver personal and professional value to individuals and complex business organizations with value-driven results. In 2018, she created the Votta Exercise - Adjust Your View™, which has been used by nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and leaders from as large as Fortune 10 companies to achieve new results. Kristin made it more accessible to leaders by writing CONTROLLING THE PAUSE: REUSABLE TOOLS FOR LEADERS IN BIG TRANSITION, and self-narrating the book so it's now available as a paperback or audiobook.
