About Sophia
Sophia Hyde has chosen to dedicate her life to helping people grow. After experiencing first-hand what it was like to struggle with overwhelm, work-life balance, and constant guilt, all while quietly going through financial and health stress, she was determined to find a better way to live.
She figured out how to create balanced success and teach it to others. Sophia is a Certified Master Coach with Ziglar, Inc, a leader in the personal growth and development space for more than four
She is the co-founder and current President of Aspire Plant City, a women’s empowerment non-profit, and serves on the board for Achieve, a literacy non-profit that teaches women English and helps them get a GED while educating their preschoolers. She is a proud Rotarian and serves on her daughter’s PTA board. She represents women in District 4 of Hillsborough County by serving on the Commission on the Status of Women. Because of her love and passion for the importance of local politics, she serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the Plant City Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Tiger Bay Club.
At the beginning of 2022 she rejoined Working Women of Tampa Bay after stepping away for a few years and is excited to cultivate new relationships with fellow female leaders in the area.
