Laura Spaulding is the founder and franchisor of Spaulding Decon, a leading decontamination
company in the United States. After 7 years in law enforcement, and serving in the military
Laura Spaulding started Spaulding Decon as a one woman show. In 2016 she franchised the
company and has over 48 locations across the country. Featured in The Wall Street Journal, Inc
Magazine, and Entrepreneur magazine she has become a featured expert in growing a dirty
business. In 2020, Laura took the company to a 608% growth to make the Inc 5000 list at #768.
Laura earned her spot on the Entrepreneur Franchise 500 list in less than 4 years of franchising.
Laura created and produced the popular Youtube series Crime Scene Cleaning.
An original Jersey girl, who has been living in Tampa for now over 20 years, Ami Govindaraju has always had an itch to run her own business. After spending over a 15 years in healthcare and education, Ami, “quite literally” fell in Drybar – and quickly learned how the franchising world works. She opened her first Drybar in the Tampa-SOHO area in 2017, and now owns locations in Tampa and Jacksonville. She has been elected to sit on the Franchise Advisory Committee, has helped to train numerous franchise partners in the brand, and has earned the award Heart and Soul Award of the Year 2022.
Soosie Lazenby is the owner of 3 StretchLabs in South Tampa, Largo and recently St. Pete. She's an accomplished franchisee, previously owned studios in the Boston area, along with two Club Pilates studios. She also is the owner and founder of UrbanCOAST, a premier event and wedding stationer in the Southeast. Additionally, Lazenby is a Tampa Bay native, proven entrepreneur, Shorecrest alum and sports marketing veteran who served on the WTA Board of Directors.

Jenny Sutter is currently a franchise consultant and owner of FranNet of Greater Tampa Bay. Prior to joining FranNet, Jenny spent more than 15 years in the Corporate Marketing arena. She has a vast understanding of the franchise world since both of her former employers were also franchise organizations.
