For women business owners starting up or growing an existing business who are looking to learn more about raising capital for their business needs, Credit Bench, powered by BayFirst Bank, has three dynamic and experienced female banking professionals ready to share the secret sauce on the various money sources and how to obtain them.

This presentation will cover BayFirst’s options for SBA Lending by three front-line women banking professionals.

BOLT: This loan product is for working capital up to $150,000 for businesses operating for at least two years. It is a quick funding loan that is personal and business credit-based for qualification.

Small Balance Core: This loan product is for businesses needing to refinance debt, purchase equipment, or increase working capital up to $500,000.

CORE: This loan process is for borrowers who are looking to purchase an existing business or start a new one. It is also a good fit for business owners seeking a larger debt refinance or equipment purchase. This loan size can go up to $5,000,000.

About Our speakers:

Casondra Bickler, SBA Associate Lending Officer, is a native of Saint Petersburg who received her bachelor’s in psychology from USF St. Petersburg. She has been in the SBA lending industry for five years and enjoys helping small business owners, especially locally! She thoroughly understands every stage of the SBA loan process from beginning to end.

Kelsey Close, AVP, SBA Associate Lending Officer—She resides in Seminole, has a finance degree from the University of South Florida, and several years of experience in the SBA. She specializes in quick, in-depth financial analysis to address questions up front to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process from the beginning to closing.

Melanie Kearney, Bolt Loan Coordinator Team Lead—She has five years at BayFirst and is a two-time Pinnacle Award recipient! She has a B.S. degree in Education from St. Petersburg College and a long history with residential lending operations. Melanie leads a team of nine Loan Coordinators and four Prequalification Team Members and understands the applications seamlessly from start to finish.
