Our founder, Karen Joy Caprino, has dedicated over 30 years to her spiritual journey, and now she invites you to join her in exploring the path to joy, peace, and abundance.


Sharing the space with Joyful Living Gathering, is Nurture Mind Body Spirit, an independent bookstore. We are two women-owned businesses who together have created one space for your spiritual journey! A space to find peace in a meditation gathering, to meet like-minded women in a Spiritual Circle, to attend workshops by local healers/leaders, to connect with your spirit guides, ancestors, angels, to shop in an independent bookstore for amazing resources and gifts that inspire and expand your knowledge, to meet local authors and artists!
