We are seeking to place an emphasis on Local Products and Producers, to highlight the great food being produced right here in Florida. Wimauma opened as a result of a 20 year Love Affair between Chef Gary & Amy. They met as young adults and it was Love at first sight. Sadly, they broke up so Chef Gary could pursue his career path as a Chef in NY. While in NYC, he worked at the Top restaurants in the US. Fast Forward 20 year, Amy had his food at a local restaurant. She summoned the waiter & asked WHO IS YOUR CHEF?, I feel like I just Fell in LOVE after eating this Food. It turned out to be the Chef Gary. They are now married and Opened a restaurant so they could follow Chef’s Dream and build an Empire Together. This restaurant is all about the LOVE of Food!
