Join Working Women of Tampa Bay for a special luncheon at the historic Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City as we celebrate Women’s Small Business Month and the women who are building businesses, creating legacies and leading the way in Tampa Bay.

Our luncheon will feature a candid conversation moderated by Andrea Gonzmart Williams, fifth-generation owner/operator of the Columbia Restaurant Group and a 2024 Working Women of Tampa Bay Leadership Award recipient. Andrea will lead a conversation about entrepreneurship, leadership, family business, growth, resilience and what it really takes to build something that lasts.

• Liana Fuente – Fourth-generation entrepreneur and daughter of Carlos Fuente, representing one of Tampa’s most iconic family business legacies.
• Dr. Kristen Decelles – Owner of Parkshore Audiology, bringing the perspective of building and leading a successful healthcare practice.
• Olivia Butler Jacoby – Owner of Southern Swann and Monkee’s of South Tampa, entrepreneur and small business owner in Tampa Bay’s retail community.
• Ryann Halo – Entrepreneur and founder of Halo Consulting, sharing her experience building businesses, leading teams and helping other entrepreneurs grow.
