Join Jessica Muroff, executive and founder of the Be Present Project, to learn more about how to be more present and find more happiness in life during our monthly Power Lunch hosted by the Rusty Pelican.

Each person attending will receive a copy of her eBook that includes worksheets and tips to be present each day.

Our Speaker: Jessica Muroff

Jessica is an energetic and accomplished business executive whose career has featured roles at award-winning ad agencies and a Fortune 500 company. Passion for her community was the catalyst that led her to taking her current position as Executive Director of Frameworks of Tampa Bay. As an active member of the community, Jessica has served on the board of directors of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Museum of Art, and USF Women in Leadership and Philanthropy. Jessica co-founded Emerge Tampa, a networking and volunteer organization for young professionals. Jessica also relishes life as a mom, and she writes about it at bepresentproject.com and globalmomproject.com. She was awarded Tampa Bay Business Journal's young businesswoman of the year in 2005, and she was inducted into the Business Journal's Up & Comers Hall of Fame in 2013.
